Vermont Square Park — Attraction in Los Angeles

It's a big nice looking park. Only issue is theres always people in the bench area gambling, the restrooms are always filthy and the toilets seem like prison toilets, no toilet paper or seat liners, no lights in the restroom, no locks available when you want to defecat. It'd be better with more law enforcement presence. Also video surveillance of all angles would help everyone keep a peace of mind. Maybe if there would be a safety gate around the play area would be much more safe. The street is right next to the play area which makes a safety hazard...

It's a good park but it's DIRTY. And it smells a little bit like pee. It would be nice if someone came and power washed it at least twice a year. But there are swings and several slides and plenty of room to run around and there are picnic tables. Although there are usually dudes smoking weed there. Like they can't do that at home. I've been coming to this park a long time since I was little and it's been my favorite place to go after school when I was in elementary and now being an adult it's still my favorite to go jog in the morning or before sundown it's a great place for families who don't have much backyard space in my neighborhood and you meet plenty of good people there as well and hope this park stays here long...
