The garbage of all kinds! The State Park Service has completely lost control of this park. It looks like refugee camp. Every tree has a hammock tied to it, the bathrooms are full. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Nice place to have family and friends time and chill out. Relaxing waters and sand. Make sure you buy hand tags to enter the beach area and play in water.

Nice, very clean, relatively large beach. Dog-friendly. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable during the weekdays.

Would like to say that our experience was good, but it wasn’t. Yesterday we went with some friends to enjoy the beach. We got in line to purchase beach/swim tickets and waited 25 only to find out that they were sold out. This is also the same line for the snack shop. There should have been something posted near around the area to let people know about the beach closed. So we walked down toward the beach area. The lifeguard told us they were full, but as soon as people left they would let people know they could get tickets to for the beach. That...

Don't go, it's filled up by noon. Hammocks in every possible tree, trash being thrown on the ground, and the swimming area is so filled up that you don't even have 5 foot of space to swim. So many people with canopies with large groups that trying to find a spot in the grass is really hard. When leaving I saw numerous people looking into others cars, like they were scoping them out for things to steal. Looks like a mix between a picnic and a refugee camp. All in all, find...

The swim beach was great, it was less crowded this weekend. Also, the shallow lake is perfect for young kids to enjoy the water. There are plenty of picnic tables and shaded areas right by the water, making it a perfect family day out!

Honestly, what really worries me is just how many boats and water scooters there are, and all the carbon pollution from them. It's like there's actual carbon floating ashore from the exhaust! I really hope the authorities step in to tackle...
