Very good range of machines, but very cramped as well. Machines are old but havnt ran into any issues with them. They offer massages, and tanning, and sauna. Honestly with this kind of range of services I was hoping for some kind of option for cryo treatment, but alas is lacking there. Love this place! The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, the shakes are delicious, and the temperature is cool so you don't overheat. I love that they offer classes, tanning, sauna, and massages! Great place for an all-in-one self wellness.... only thing to make it better would be if they had a pool, or partnered with the City of Louisburg to offer discounted...

Nasty little gym, can’t ever get to free weights because there’s always 2 or 3 sweaty dudes back there, nautilus machines didn’t work or did work but only had up to 20 pounds and then jumped to 70 pounds, how are you supposed to build up to higher weight when 50 pounds of weights are missing, wouldn’t recommend this...
