Caney Lakes — Attraction in Louisiana

I love this place! It's a clean, quite, & safe little swimming area. First I went for a family reunion & me & the kids enjoyed it so much we decided we had to go back the following weekend with some friends. Both times we enjoyed grilling & swimming for hours. It wasn't crowded or busy either time we went & the water was warm & pretty darn clean. We would absolutely go back! & I'm sure we will. :) if I had anything negative to say it would be the fact that there was a HUGE spider in the bathroom sink. 🫣 but obviously that isn't anyone's fault or anything. Just scary! 🤣 oh just FYI, it was $5 a car when we went which I thought was an excellent deal! Had a wonderful time there & recommend it above any other lake nearby! Much cleaner...

Camry Lake, over the years, has been a wonderful place for outdoor activities. Lots of memories have been made at Caney lake campgrounds. They have campsites with electricity brand, new fire pits, and our well-maintained year round. Swimming boating, fishing, cookouts trails to walk wildlife, etc. you name it. They probably have it at Katie like in the past year they have added new kiosks where you are able to pay with a credit card or debit card. That is a game changer for me.
