Let me start by saying I am a Haunted House enthusiasts. I live for this time of year! And LOVE to travel to different places (cities, states) to find new haunts. And New Orleans didn't disappoint! We drove down from Indianapolis to come to this Haunted House. The drive was totally worth it!!! The location is wonderful. Something about the bridge in the background adds to the atmosphere of the attraction. The way the house is set up is VERY deceiving from the outside. It looks like it may be a short walk, though haunt. This can not be further from the truth! Once inside, it's like a totally different world! The sets were AMAZING!!! There are so many different themes. The actors really used the space well. Some jump scares without making a sound! Just perfect timing! Here's some advice. When you go, get the light up wristband. This is the only Haunted House I've ever been to with something special for their guests who got the wristband. We were behind a group, and they opened a separate door for us to walk through. Just trust me.... It's totally worth it! You'll thank me later! 10 out of 10 stars!!!

I've been going to this place for well over a decade. When they shut down a few years ago, then reopened. It wasn't the same. The show was different, it wasn't as scary and it was overall lame. This year, they revived the once great reputation. The employees are more interactive again, the 3D part is legit AF *sorry for the millennial slang* , and it's worth the ask price. Furthermore, I recommend the VIP ticket. That line gets to be about a quarter mile long, if not way longer. Don't miss the show. The pyrotechnics are awesome. Side note: not for Bible thumpers or small children who still believe in Santa. Furthermore, drinks are expensive however I understand they have to make a year salary in one month, not to mention overhead and paying the employees

They have some great set designs and some awesome animatronics, but the actors were scarce, and the ones that were there weren't very scary.
