This store was very very busy; it was overwhelming to even observe it as a customer. The professionalism of the staff was amazing. I observed them all doing several different tasks simultaneously -- all working efficiently to support eachother as a team.
There was an irate customer obnoxiously causing a scene and holding up the employees and the line of people waiting to order. All employees maintained impeccable professionalism despite the number of orders needed prepped, the number of customers waiting to order, and the knucklehead screaming at them halting the entire operation. At the front register facing the brunt of the drama was Kam. Kam's customer service was among the best I've ever seen. I've spent years dealing with irate people like that man and I couldn't have kept it together the way she did. Truly an outstanding display of character. All staff deserved credit.
The food was surprisingly good for how busy they were and fast they were moving. The only problem I had was there was nowhere for my family of 4 to sit. There were 3 Walmart employees sitting each by themself at booths suited for families. That left my family and i with nowhere to sit. I don't blame burger king for that, they were too busy and couldn't have noticed.

Read moreThis was the worst service I have ever had at a Burger King. My breakfast crescent had only a pie of bread on the bottom. What made it worse was the attitude here. I travel all over the country and never expected to come home to encounter the rudest people, most blatantly racist individual. Not a hello, good morning or anything. I didn't get his name, but he had snake bit piercings and a top knot. He literally rolled his eyes, when I asked if they were only serving breakfast, because both menus were up. He acted like it was too much trouble to be even the slightest bit professional. I guess my expectations is just , too high.
