Celebration Riverboats — Attraction in Ludlow

My husband and I wanted to renew our vows so we thought that doing a riverboat cruise was an excellent way to celebrate. We called Celebrations Riverboats and made an appointment for a consult and we also called B&B Riverboats and made an appointment for a consult. Keith and I were so impressed with the Celebrations boat and crew that we felt we didn't need to look further and canceled our appointment with B&B! Chuck, Angie & the crew were so helpful in creating the perfect wedding experience! Chuck was instrumental in planning out how we would spend the four hour cruise and he was so detail oriented that we left our second consult feeling relieved knowing that everything would be taken care of. The day of the wedding we brought our decorations to the boat and Angie was there to greet us. She helped us put up our decorations and was always asking what she could do to help. The wedding itself was unbelievable! It was everything we dreamed of and more. To top everything off the food was unbelievable! I have to say that I have never had turkey more tender in my life (sorry mom)! It was definitely what everyone was talking about when they were leaving the boat.

This was an unbelievable experience and I will definitely give Chuck, Angie & the crew my business for any other events that I have to plan. They are professional, go above and beyond in their service, their food is amazing, and they have the most reasonable prices of the riverboats in this area. I would definitely recommend them...

So i was under the impression that the cruise would be accompanied by WEBN, anyone going to the WEBN fireworks is listening to WEBN, we missed the croud wars, we couldn't even hear the radio on the open end of the boat at. drinks were 12.00 a piece. instead what we got was a cruise with a DJ. and the people who sat around us agreed with this. also the captain refused the peoples request to hear WEBN from multiple passengers. for the money, i was disappointed in my experience and i would NOT reccomend this cruise on this boat in the future. I feel like i was not given the experience i paid for.

we were also told that we would be cruising from 5 until 8pm instead we had to stop and get supplies???? shouldn't you have had the supplies for the trip to begin with? you knoew how many people were going to be there, this shows your lack of planning. another reason i WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this cruise to ANYONE in the future.

i only gave 2 stars cause the food and view were good....

We purchased 2 tickets for date nite for me and the hubs and it was a bust...after waiting for the not 930 dock time we were told an hour later that the boat would not be leaving the dock,this is not what we paid for and would like a full refund, after being told we would not leave the dock,it was announced that the drinks for the rest of the night were free,this did not happen either the bars would not serve us or were told there was no more liquor we will not recommend...
