Angelina County Farmers Market — Attraction in Lufkin

Family and pet friendly, great place to shop and relax with local vendors working hard to make a living. Also has lots of events and fun through the year. They give alot of gifts and prizes to folks thru their events. Every second Saturday of each month is treasures at the market find a special egg and get a free nice gift . Every 3rd saturday Is free to have a garage sale at the market ( great finds). Plus lots of vendors has samples. Just a amazing place. It's for sure a must see place. Oh they have an amazing Christmas drive thru and it's free. But they do except donations to help with candy, light bill,...

I went to Bryan's Farm booth for eggs and ended up getting some blueberry pepper jelly also. They had a lot of great looking produce and several different flavors of jams and jellies. Everyone with Bryan's Farm was very friendly and helpful. I didn't go to anything else because the only other booth I saw open looked like they had the same produce

The Market wasn't busy at all when I was there, I think I was the only person. But it was later in the afternoon and looked like it was going to rain any minute.

Will definitely be back and hopefully check out...

I hate to be so blunt but what a joke. The vegetable vendors I am pretty sure aren’t home grown. When I go to a farmer’s market I am wanting fresh grown vegetables. If I want to buy produce shipped in I would rather support the the local grocery stores. The farmers market is a very pretty setting and so much could be added. We have some great local food trucks and how fun would that be to be able on the weekends to have a lot of quality food trucks along with some local live music. So much potential...
