Nova is very clean, has a lot of different trampoline options, slides, ball pit, Vatican course, zip line, games, basketball, an are for soccer, a foam pit to jump into, clean bathrooms, area to eat and families to sit where you can eat. There is a large birthday party play area that offers multiple private rooms, they have a neat Cotten candy vending machine that designs the Cotten candy into a character something different to try. They also have a two story adventure area and they supply helmets and safety straps, also another area where kids can climb up to the highest point and they try and jump from one pedestal to another. They have some video games and a really large and cool virtual game that moves. There is an eating area where you can bring in food. I don’t believe they offer food other than vending and maybe frozen ice cram or dip dots can’t recall but no cafe or pizza. They do have a lot of staff walking around in their assigned area watching kids. I have to say that for little kids say under 6 the area is blocked off but it’s a small area could be bigger considering how large this place is. Also speaking of large you will get your steps in chasing after your kids because unless they are old enough it’s very easy to loose your child in this place. If this happens you can flag one of the workers they have walkie-talkies that they use so all staff within the building can keep an eye out. Highly recommend bright color shirt to stand out you can find them much quicker. It’s roughly $20-$25 or an hour of full access. They have sox you can buy but they require the grip...
Read moreIve came here multiple times with my three kids and friends and they had a pretty good time here. While the experience itself was okay, I had a negative interaction that left a bad impression that made me want to come here with my kids less. One of the managers, named Josh, gave off uncomfortable vibe and seemed to have a poor attitude. I noticed he spent a lot of time hiding behind the counter rather than engaging with customers. What really bothered me was how he treated one of the staff members. She was incredibly helpful and friendly she has checked me and my group in the couple of times I’ve came here, answered all of our questions, and made the process smooth. Despite her doing a great job, the women who I was speaking with and I saw Josh speak to her in a rude and dismissive manner, to the point where she looked visibly upset. It’s disappointing to see someone mistreat a hardworking employee like that (this isn’t the first time Ive seen something like this), especially in front of customers and it makes us, the customers, feel uncomfortable and very upsetting to witness this happening. The staff member made my visit better, but the manager’s behavior left a negative...
Read moreI brought my daughter and her two best friends here on Columbus Day in the middle of a storm. The entire eastern seaboard had the same idea and Nova was PACKED with kids. I was expecting the worst, but I am happy to leave a very positive review. The place is huge, well lit and CLEAN. I saw several staff members going around with a broom or taking care of trash throughout the day. Staff members are almost all teenagers, but I was impressed by the majority of them. They were attentive and smiling. They handled the madness of the day a lot better than I would have. Nova is set up with the comfort of adults in mind, which is rare for this type of establishment. You could put 4 trampoline parks together and not get as much comfortable seating and picnic style tables that are in this one location. Nova is light years ahead of any competitor- no other facility could have handled the madness I saw today and been able to keep it orderly, clean and friendly. I will be bringing my kids here...
