Meraki Spa — Local services in Lynnfield

Updating my review because I finally got to try out their Signature Facial. If you want an hour of relaxation and to leave with glowing skin, definitely book a facial with Autumn! One of the best facials I’ve ever had, she really takes her time with the massage and you never feel rushed. My skin felt so clean afterwards, but not stripped, which was fantastic! Very professional, clean atmosphere, and the products smell amazing. I couldn’t get the hydra facial because I was pregnant but cannot wait to try that one next! ———————— HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Every time I go- service is impeccable. The staff are super professional and not to mention TALENTED (check out their instagram page for all of the beautiful nail design work they can do), the decor is on point, the atmosphere is serene and Spa-like (so relaxing), and they offer SO many services. I always get compliments on my nails after I get them done from here. Their quality of work is truly unmatched. A MUST visit- see for yourself that they are absolutely worth the hype! I will be back to try some Beauty services!!

I have been going to Meraki for a while to have my nails done, and I typically choose regular polish. Longevity is not great, but that is expected for regular polish. Last time, however, I decided to do dip powder due to how busy my schedule is and the fact that dip powder typically lasts me 3-4 weeks depending how fast my nails grow out. Unfortunately, as early as the next day, the top layer, along with the color, started to chip. In the next few days, entire layers peeled off like stickers. I called them on day 9 to report the issue. They told me I should have called earlier and that dip powder lasts less than 2 weeks. That is patently false, contrary to any prior experience I have had, and nobody would consider the cost associated to be justified in return for such poor longevity. Additionally, a customer comes to expect a certain quality and should not be put in such a position in the first place. The person I spoke to said a manager would call back in the next couple of days. No surprise, 4 days later, nobody has called. I suppose accountability and professionalism was too much to expect. They prefer to lose repeat business than to own up to and correct...

I absolutely love Meraki Spa! I went for the first time about a month ago and was totally floored by my experience from start to finish. The front desk associate that took my phone call to book the appointment was so lovely and helpful both over the phone and once I arrived. They have a great color selection to choose from. Brian did my acrylics with dip and a pedicure and let me tell you... I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails. I went in with a horrible acrylic job from the last salon I tried. My nails were so thick and chunky and like three different shapes. Half of them were falling off by the time I went in to Meraki. Brian worked some absolute magic and my acrylics have seriously never looked better! I am SO happy I finally found a nail technician that I love! He also did the most incredible pedicure and really took his time with me and gave me the most relaxing leg massage.
