Fun 'n' Stuff — Attraction in Macedonia

So i had a good time with family. There is always a “ but”. So I’ll tell you. When we first arrived i had to go potty so bad. So i entered, letting the front attendees know I’ll be right back i must use the ladies room before i purchased our passes. One said ok, another in the back opened the door, stood there with the door opened as if i can do or steal something from there. Sooooo uncomfortable. I asked her; “ is there a problem”? Her response was, “ just checking the premise “. Like what???!!!! Woman it’s me and one other in here, what you think I’m dealing or stealing? But there was a white lady and her kids who just walked out who was scheming on a game that gave out a lot of tickets. So why us (Black ladies)? Anyhow i go to the front pay. Made a small complaint. Ordered food and played and whatever activities we paid for, indulged in. We had fun again I’ll say. But then…… My son lost his hat TWICE. First a lady whom i remembered from my job in Bedford, took to back counter. We searched, later found. Then we decided to go one more round after our bracelets expired, to play arcade games. He lost again. Immediately he noticed so we retraced our steps. The back office i guess is management, by the bathrooms. I asked the manger or say rather. “ my son lost his hat again, has anyone seen it “? No I’ll check, he says. Goes up to the front. Girl says to me “yeah only hat i have is a real expensive hat, gucci”, she says. I said ok let me see. So hesitate she never shows, till the man manger i spoke with by bathrooms comes up front and again i say. Rather ask.. let me see. She pulls it up and say this hat? All of us at the same time says ; that’s it”!!! Swear to you. Her response was are you sure??? She asked twice!!!! Like what do you mean? You think i came here to steal a hat other peoples lost Property ???! I was offended. But the manger guy on duty says. It’s got to be theirs, they all said. Yes. Oh btw i was ready to be doubted cause we had photos and video before and during the visit. Anyhow. I’m old enough to know when I’m looked at differently. I’m black. I’m eccentric I’m free spirited. We attended a birthday party, and everything was going well until our children came back, saying the workers were rude to them and had grabbed them off the go-kart. We approached the workers to discuss the situation calmly. The workers explained their side, and we resolved the issue amicably. However, as we returned to the party to sing happy birthday, we noticed security standing nearby. It’s disheartening that, as Black individuals, we can't express our concerns without the White workers feeling threatened. We were neither behaving aggressively nor showing any signs of aggression. If you are Black and have a complaint, be prepared for the possibility that they may feel threatened and call security. After noticing the security guard standing by our table, we asked the manager why he was following us. She pretended to be unaware of the situation, a typical response we expected from a manager displaying Karen-like behavior. We later learned that the manager had called security on us. In my 31 years, I have never experienced security being called on us for calmly speaking to workers to resolve an issue. The manager's passive-aggressive behavior, especially towards Black customers, was evident. We shouldn't have to explain that we are hard-working individuals who spent over $300 at their facility. The staff was unfriendly and very rude, and this behavior was completely unwarranted. If you are Black and considering visiting this place, please be cautious. We had a great day today. Bought the 4 hr passes. Had enough time to do everything we wanted. Really loved the new Putt-Putt- theme is dinosaurs they have several of them and they move and everything. Lots of water features really beautifully landscaped. Played a bunch of arcade games. Had some cool games and this really awesome pac man air hockey where tons and tons of pucks come out and you have to hit them. A really great assortment of prizes, actually probably the best for prizes that I've ever been to and I've been to many. I do want to mention something which I do find to be a problem at a lot of arcades. all the games worked correctly. I did not have an issue with one single game that's never happened. They really maintain them very well and they're doing amazing job cleaning everything in the entire place. Any type of ride such as go karts the Himalaya anything like that they clean after each person. Hand sanitizer is located all over. Enjoyed the food as well. Huge variety: hot dogs, cheeseburger, fried Chicken sandwich, pizza slices or whole pizza, chicken tenders, buffalo chicken sandwich, wings and boneless, fries, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and then your other basic concession , pretzels, popcorn, nachos, Hershey's ice cream, candy, etc. Awesome fries, they're the battered style. I enjoyed the chicken tenders as well and they're shaved ice is a huge proportion. At least 10 flavors to choose from. If you're interested in an adult beverage they have beer ,wine and they also have where you can get a frozen drink with Tito's, tequila etc. We had an amazing fun filled day. Definitely...
