I guess if you are to lock your keys in your car on a Monday... this is the place you would want it to happen! I was on a business errand to pick up shoe covers for our installers and got out to my car when I realized the doors were locked and the keys were sitting on the seat... Oh don’t you love the case of the Mondays. (Big. Fricken. Sigh!!) After minutes of trying to stick my hand in the crack of my window I came to the conclusion it would be best to swallow my pride and go back into the store to ask if they had something to try to unlock the doors. Let’s just say every guy behind the counter wasted no time and was right on it! A HUGE thanks again to the people at BEI for being so kind to take the time to help me out! There's not much not to like about BEI, your first impression will likely be that it's a store only for professionals... And that's a good thing. The equipment is all top of the line, the store is managed by experts, they meticulously maintain all of the equipment so you won't have a problem during your rental. You can check out the various competition but ultimately you'll understand why this place is always busy and you have to / should reserve your equipment for 5 days ahead of time. They're that busy. I'm familiar with the renting world but I find this place some what unprofessional and needs to be double checking their maintenance on they're equipment. I called to reserve something and the person I spoke to didn't tell me the correct information. And the rental came on a trailer and I was only hauling it 10 mins down the road. 1 minute out of the gate the trailer brakes were clapping even when turned all the way down. We called and spoke to someone and they told me to crawl under the trailer and clip the break wires. I understand what it is and how to do it I just found it extremely unprofessional and dangerous that they don't double...
