I love Everly and Glenwood Parks. And I have fond memories of them from my childhood. There are pretty lake views and lots of shade. You can find play areas for children and a nice Frisbee golf course. There are several shelters and there are restrooms with toilets that flush and sinks with soap near one of the shelters. If you like to swim, the YMCA runs the public pool in Glenwood Park. It has changing rooms, a slide and a diving board. The water treatment facility next to the pool does give off a slight odor,, but there's not much that can be done about that.
