Don’t follow signs to Equinox Pond - there is not public parking there. Instead go to the Red Gate Trail Head and take the short hike to the pond (about a half mile). The pond itself is .75 miles around. Relatively flat and nice views. We also did the Robins Lookout trail on another day. It was a bit steep and icey in December, but the view was very nice.

Gr8 fun place for family.. but restricted access only for residents:(( .. we were able to sneak in for few minutes... if you want to njy the place dont come in car.. park your car somewhere away and walk up .. nice clean water.. sun soaked .. gr8 place to sit n relax or have picnic.. nice fall colors too...

I think there are no words. Especially for fall colors this is my hidden gem! Be aware: park might be closed during fall, so you'll have to park a bit far and walk your way there. But 100% worth it!

No where does it say this park is only for residents. Drove all the way for this park and couldn’t get in. Thankfully before we walked all the way other people that couldn’t get in as well told us....
