Great, small local hike perfect for when you're pressed for time but still want a decent climb. It's an incline pretty much the whole way except for the last 0.1-0.2 mi when it flattens before the turnoff to the rock, which provides a decent view of Manchester.
There's a small waterfall near the beginning that is especially active at the start of spring. Other than that there aren't many features - the trail itself is a wide ATV/Jeep road.

There were no signs to follow during the trail, on a hunch we walked up the street and found the trail. It was an immediate incline, make sure to make a left when the trail splits. 50-60 minutes to the scenic outlook, it will be on your right but there is no sign so you have to be looking for it.
