I work with computers professionally, but suffice to say, layer 1/PC hardware is not my strong suit. I would consider myself a novice. I recently ran into an issue while trying to upgrade hardware in my desktop, and despite every diagnostic effort I could come up with, I could not get my PC to boot properly. I finally caved and found Computer Helpers, where Kelly did the diagnostics on my PC for free.

After easily identifying the issue, he offered not only to repair my PC, but he even showed me how to repair everything, and imparted many lessons upon me. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and even offers discounted rates to senior citizens and military.

You will not find someone within 100 miles of here that will give you the same kind of excellent service, nor as reasonable a price for their time. He cares about the customer, and he is very passionate about the work...

Excellent service! We had a hard drive issue and could not figure it out no matter what we did. We called another business and they said they could look at it for minimum of 65 dollars or more depending on what was wrong with it. We decided to call computer helpers and he was amazing trying to help us determine if it was fully broken or not! He determined it was unlikely to be able to be fixed so at least we didn't waste more time trying to fix it. Only place to go in Mandan/Bismarck. No other place compares. He explains everything in detail what he has done, why he has done it (which is important to me because i like to understand things). He is exceptionally unbelievably well priced!! Other places wanted to charge me upwards of $80/ hour for something they couldn’t even do, and it was under half of that price and he went above and beyond what i had asked of him.
