We called ahead and clearly explained we needed a full hookup site to test out our motorhome before a major trip. We were also told they had a playground and asked to be placed as close to it as possible. We confirmed that checkout was at 11 AM on Sunday and were told if we needed a late checkout, it would be an additional $20. When we arrived, we were one of the only guests there, yet they still insisted on charging a late checkout fee. Even worse — the site they gave us had only 30 amp electric hookup — no water, no sewage hookup — despite what we were promised over the phone. The “playground” was a complete joke: no swings, no slides — just a small metal structure with a few steps. Nothing like what is pictured or advertised. When we asked for a refund as soon as we woke up Saturday morning because the site was not what we were promised, the older woman at the front desk laughed and said, “It’s raining, the kids can’t play anyway,” and refused to refund us. She offered a “credit toward a future stay,”.. There are only THREE sites in the entire park with full hookups, and they are right at the front gate next to the train tracks. As a military family (my husband is a disabled combat vet), it’s also worth noting they did not offer any military discount. Between the poor service, false advertising, and complete lack of accommodations, this place is wildly overpriced and absolutely not worth the three-hour drive we made to get there. We knew the other amenities were closed still because we can earlier in the season and we were fine with that. We just needed a 3 hour drive to test our equipment.. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this place. 0/10 recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. We left and stayed down the road by Pier 51 instead — a much better experience.

I preface this with we went after school started (half price promo, normally $20/pp for a day pass, and only about 10-15 people were at there while we were 11-4pm). The wibit (inflatables on the water) is a great fun for all ages, but not all bodies. It can be difficult to get back up/on the wibit if you are not fit. This mama needed help every time I fell off, which was frequent with the slime buildup on the inflatables (and wooden steps to help you get up). Still had a blast with my teens (age 15-18). One section of the wibit deflated, much to my kids enjoyment as they made it part of their game, but I'm sure if this were a normal busy weekend it would have been annoying and possibly dangerous. No information was given when we entered (paid the gate admission) nor was any given by the lifeguards, (except when we took the kayaks out past the yellow floats, we were told we were supposed to be out that far). Life vests (must be wore while in the lake/on wibit), kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available by the wibit and included in the price of admission. I'd bring water shoes, a table, chairs, food, water, ice chest, grill, etc and make full day of it. The splash pad/water slide area is more geared towards families/younger children. Lots of chairs (some needing updated) here (none by the lake, only a few picnic tables), and some shaded areas. (Outside) showers are needed if going from lake into water slide, located on backside of waterpark, closer to the lake. Will be back. I can see why people who stay here overnight would be upset day passes are sold to the public.

This used to be a great place to camp for families. My kids' families love to camp here at least once a year. I joined them this year and was not impressed. My daughters car was parked in the drive next to the camper, and a huge limb fell out of the tree and caused so much damage to her car. The tree limb had been cut previously by a tree trimming company that had not removed it from the tree after it was cut. No one from the facility seemed to notice the dead tree limbs still in the tree. The tree limb was so huge that it would have killed a child if it had fallen on one of them. Even after telling them about the huge limb, you would have thought they would have come out and removed it, but they did not. It lay there in the campsite for the remainder of the weekend. There was a large group of people tent camping next to my other daughter's camper and partying all night, making it hard for anyone to sleep. They also kept unplugging the camper cord from the electric. My daughter tried to call security, and no one answered. They even drove around to see if they could find security but were unsuccessful. While we were at the pool, the life guard was on his phone and not even paying attention to anyone in the pool. Multiple people were going down the slide together because no one was paying attention. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I’ve been to this park a few times and here’s some observations and tips for a better experience! First let me start with my experience, Me and my family love this place and we’ve been quite a few times! It’s great for families with little ones because the deepest part of the pool is 4ft and they provide life jackets for the wibit. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and everyone is pretty polite but the reason I can’t give this 5 stars is because some of the lifeguards seem too preoccupied with chatting and being on their phones to watch the pool… I’m surprised they’re allowed to have their phones on them honestly. The lifeguards have been really nice and personable I just wish some of them would put their phones down.

Overall I really like this park! I wish they had more things there like maybe an on land volleyball court and park but overall it’s a nice and (usually) chill environment, it gets busy in the afternoon though. I haven’t camped here so I can’t give a review on that part but the lakeside campsites are beautiful and if I did camp here I’d choose one of those!.

Pool: Even though the pool opens at 11am sometimes the guards let you in 30-15 minutes early!. Bring sandals/water shoes because the ground can get incredibly hot! And the stairs to the slides and restrooms are metal so unless you want grilled feet bring some protection. You’ll see these little numbered sitting areas around the pool and think “awesome! Some free shade” think again because you have to pay $50 for them 🙄 though if you’re lucky the lifeguards might over look you, if you want some shade look for the benches underneath the blue slide because those have some good shade. You’re not allowed to bring food or drinks inside but honestly the lifeguards overlook you most of the time. If you’re lucky you might see the yogi bears come down!

Wibit: You’ll need a life jacket to go on the wibit and use the kyacks and paddle boards but they provide the jackets! I also recommend wearing water shoes on the wibit because one it also gets super hot and two because of the traction, it’s really slippery and if you want to climb the high stuff you’ll need to be strong or have some water shoes on.

Gift shop: They have sandwiches (ham, turkey, chicken, Etc) but they don’t have much else to eat besides that, They have ice cream sandwiches, ice cream pints, popsicles, and sodas for an okay price though I’d just drive down the street to sonic or McDonalds honestly. The clothes are a bit pricey but the keychains are reasonable!. They also sell flip flops, life jackets, hats, sunscreen...

I would give zero stars if it were an option! I wanted to let everyone know this issues I have had with Jellystone park on Keystone lake. It is a private campground with many attractions. I booked for a week long stay the last week in July. I made this reservation in early May. I was concerned about all the rain and rising lake levels. I contacted Jellystone by phone in early June with my concerns. I was told at that time that most of the campsites were under water and all lake attractions were closed due to Keystones high levels. I was encouraged not to cancel yet as they expected water levels to be down in 2 weeks. I called again 2 weeks later and water levels were still too high. Told to call back in a week. I called back in a week and was told the park was closed for the rest of the summer. I told them that I wanted to cancel my reservation and I wanted a refund. I called back a week later still be fore my reservation date and asked why I had not received a refund yet. They told me there was a glitch in their system and everyone was given a credit for a ray the following year. I told them I do NOT want a credit for a future date and that I wanted a refund. I was told it should be processed within a week. I called the park again today and asked why I had not received a refund yet! I was then told my name would be put on a LIST. Needless to say I was very upset. I have been given the run around for almost two months. I kept in contact with themto make sure I did not pass the deadline for refunds. Jellystone actually closed for the summer season before my reservation date. I was then told I would receive a refund but it would be minus the booking cost. I told her that was not acceptable I wanted a full refund! I also asked when and how I could expect a refund. She said it would be credited to my credit card account. I asked when I could expect to see it. She told me she could not say as she didn’t want to give me a timeline and then it not happen. She said she would call her boss and the call me back. I told her I wanted a call from her boss.

I realize that the rainfall we received was extreme and it affected all the lakes in this part of Oklahoma. But I tried to keep in contact with them, was told numerous times not to cancel yet as they expected the lake to go down. Then it was Jellystone the closed their facility for the season. All before my scheduled vacation.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend anyone to book with Jellystone Park for their lake...

Don’t know where to start with all the issues we had. We arrived on a Friday, set up and all was well. At 10:30 Friday night our electric off. My husband went out to electric box assuming the breaker flipped but quickly figured out that was not the issue. While outside he discovered about half of our neighbors were also without electric-mind you this was the night that it had been 107 degrees all day. Several of them-including my husband called the after hours number to report the issue. After someone (we learned it was actually the owner of the park) came and checked out the electrical box we were told that he would call a crew out in the morning to fix it. When we expressed concern over paying such an outrageous price to camp and not having electric all night he said “unfortunately things happen”. NEVER one time did he utter the words “I’m sorry”. We told him we were not staying in our current spot all night without electric and that we intended to move to a spot that had electric. He informed me that if someone showed up for that spot that we would have to move again. AFTER moving our camper 3 TIMES we found a spot with electric. My husband called the owner back and told him what spot we had moved to. At that time my husband again expressed his frustration with the owners uncaring, unsympathetic attitude he told us if we didn’t like it we “could pack up our stuff and leave”. After hanging up he quickly called back about 10 minutes later to ask us if we had settled in for the night and assured my husband that he would come by our camper the next day to discuss making things “right”. Welllll all day Saturday the owner never once showed his face at our camper AND to make things worse they rented out our spot to another couple on Saturday. Fortunately that couple was VERY kind and told us to stay in the spot and that they would call the office to be reassigned to another spot. It is Sunday, we have left and STILL haven’t heard from the owner, he avoided seeing or speaking to us all day Saturday and has still not “made it right”. We were shuffling camp spots until 1:00 am!!!!! And still no real apology. We and our two other camping families will NOT be back. Would still appreciate the owner doing the right thing and...
