UPDATE: I made this post over a year ago and since then we have had another town hall with Scott Roberts. The summary as of now is that he listens to the issues and does nothing to fix them. Im still looking at dead plants/trees outside my house. I still don't have a working sprinkler system but after 5 months and 5 emails, they did fix the leaking, but still not working, irrigation nozzle in my yard. Our raised beds and fruit orchard still don't have working water. Lights are still broken throughout the property. There is still no workout equipment in the fitness room. The hot tub is still broken. Theres still leaking irrigation on the property. The other night I had teenagers camping outside my house and threatening me. Management is still ignoring all of it. A factory moved in across the street that pummels us with the sound of crashing metal every day, all day.

BUT WE ALSO GOT A RENT INCREASE!

Original Review: I have been living in Village Farm Tiny Home Community for over 4 years and have been let down over and over again by Scott Roberts and the management of this property.

For starters, when I moved in my toilet wouldn't flush so I was literally pouring buckets of water down the toilet drain to flush my poop for 2 months before they fixed it. As a "phase 1" resident, I witnessed each and everyone one of my neighbors having issues with their brand new homes even though we were promised a "red carpet" experience. Homes have had to be ripped apart due to mold, for example. Homes have been repeatedly damaged by landscapers (picture attached).

It went on from there with YEARS of landscaping issues like no grass, instead mud EVERYWHERE before they put in turf, which eventually died do to not being taken care of or watered. (The result was my neighbors and I spending money on grass and sprinklers and took care of it ourselves so that we could have grass in our lots) We still have landscaping issues to this day. Im attaching a cute picture from our "pocket park" of some dead plants that I personally hate looking at everyday.

Since then the irrigation on the property has LITERALLY never been in full working order. Its either flooding or not watering in spaces. Theres a swamp starting in our fruit orchard due to a leak underground and noone gives a shit. We have raised beds as a great amenity but the water is turned off so Im unsure how we are expected to utilize them. (Well the answer is that we've spent our own money to put in irrigation hoses coming from another part of the property)

I've enjoy the people that live here but the good things about this place are built by us as the community and not Scott Roberts. I truly believe that Scott Roberts is neglecting this property that people are paying him to live in and up hold.

I'm personally exhausted with dealing with the issues here and would have sold my tiny if it weren't for my amazing neighbors and my conscience stopping me from passing these issues off to someone else. These issues have been passed up the chain countless times, including a town hall, and it never gets better.

I think that Scott Roberts should be ashamed about the management of this property and neglecting myself and my neighbors when we are paying to be here. It has been one lie after another on what they say they will deliver and IMO this is...

This is a 5-Star rating specifically for Adriana Lenero, Area Manager Austin, Texas Tiny Home Community...

It is with great pleasure that I provide this customer service feedback on behalf of Adriano Lenero THE best representative you have for the Tiny Home, Oak Forest Resort, (Austin) community. My wife and I have been owners of a Tiny Home since the backend of the pandemic in October 2020 (the day we put down our deposit) have been working with Ms. Lenero for over a year on a personal matter as a resident in the Tiny Home community. Adriana dilligently worked with me to develop solution to the mutual benefit of both me and Roberts (Austin, TX) Tiny Home Community that enabled my family and I to continue enjoying and be a part of the wonderful and most enjoyable Austin, Tiny Home community. Adriana has consistently been professional, kind, compassionate, understanding and flexible with my family and I as my circumstances change due to my profession being directly linked to the vibrancy and boyancy of our nations economy. Adriana adeptness as a problem/solution finder is a great asset to the leadership team of the Austin, Tiny Home Community.

I sincerely hope the leadership in the corporate offices of Roberts Resort of Scottsdale, Arizona are aware of this competent and amazing talented Adriana Lenero. People with this caliber of talent are not easy to find and retain as they are an invaluable asset to any organization luck enough to have such a team member as part of their organization. Having served in the United States Air Force for 20 years as a leader in my profession advising squadron commanders, base commanders, Wing Commanders and executive leaders, I ‘m well qualified in identifying talented people when I meet them. I give my sincere THANK YOU to Adriana for her continued support as and we continue to work together to a...

Becky Avila Flores – Becky is a sales rep at the Village Farm Tiny Home community in Austin. She is wonderful to work with! She is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable in the area of tiny homes. I first met Becky in July of 2022 when she gave me a golf cart tour of the Village Farm Tiny Home community. She explained key features of each home and pointed out specific lot locations which are important considerations. We toured the farmhouse, the barn, pools, and dog parks. She provided maps showing available lots and models. She answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured in the process.

Becky has developed a very strong presence on social media. She brings farm life to you through her videos. She is hard at work giving you personal walk-throughs of the tiny homes and showing live views of daily life on the farm. She features current events like the fresh farm produce sales on Saturday mornings, monthly events for the residents, and sales specials which change from time to time.

Becky encouraged me to “try them on” before buying. Taking her advice, I have stayed at the farm seven different times in the past year. I stayed in the Magnolia, Seabreeze, and Sedona models. This helped narrow and solidify my choice of available tiny home models. It also gave me the opportunity to meet many of the residents on the farm and experience what it is to live there.

If you are interested in learning more about tiny home life or purchasing a tiny home, give Becky a call. She is warm, welcoming and ready to show you the homes and lifestyle offered at...
