We love this park. Great place to walk to if you are local. Does not have fishy smell. I love lakes I hate smelling like dead fish. That was never a problem when we went. The water is warm, the umbrellas are nice. If you are looking for a great day at the beach this is a great choice. They also have rental equipment if you want to take a paddle boat or kayak out. They have concessions (I think). I remember seeing a sign for ice cream one of the times we went. We are pretty simple so we would walk or bike to the lake so did not need a playground. So, if you are looking for a playground this does not have one. There is a dog park close to this area as well as a boat launch. I do believe I seen people letting their pups in the water or by the launch but should double check with park for rules. Happy Swimming

Fish Lake Regional Park has long walking trails whether you want a bike ride or walk your dog too. A beach to lay out by the water and feel the sunshine. The park for the children to play. And a volleyball court to get your friends together and play a great game! Rentals are available for canoeing, kayaking cuz I took a picture of the prices for y'all to see. And, indoor bathrooms as well. A fishing pier but it gets crowded quickly. A nice place to come too to enjoy your day!

Tons to do here, all seasons. Lots of well maintained biking and walking trails, a beach, paddle board and kayak rentals, and more. We live in between here, French and weaver lake parks, and love them all. A great summer spot that can feel like you’re not near the cities.. and in the winter, ice fishing and snowshoeing are options. A few years ago they had the polar plunge at Fish Lake, which was a blast. Check it out!

I come here when I get a late start for my walks because most of their walking trails are under the canopy of trees. The lakeside trails take about about a mile or so and then there are a few more trails that branch off to add to your mileage. Lots of people enjoy the beach and the water seems very clear most of the time. They have kayaks, canoes and paddle boards to rent.

Nice park. Very clean. Good beach. Nice but short paths. However the paths do connect to the very long Medicine Lake Regional Trail which is a great trail. Lots of parking but on a nice Saturday it can still come close to filling up. Good beach and boat access at a separate area. I bike through here regularly and always enjoy it along with my wife.

This place is extremely fun for dogs. Plenty of open and wooded areas for your canines to explore as well as lots of other dogs for your dog(s) to play with. They provide a water pump for your dogs to drink and they provide bags if you need to clean up after your dog. It’s worth the 25 minute drive for us to come here.
