Lots of people on the sunny weekend days, but worth the hassle to find a place to park. Such a beautiful place. The hike is a gentle slope, descending only 200 ft to sea level. The upper trail is paved and wide and great for wheelchair access (a few potholes, but passable). The ecosystem is unique and vigorous. Best to stay on the trails, as the surf and cliffs are hazardous. Respect the ocean here. It is not a swimming beach, due to the excessive currents.
