Interesting and eerie spot to visit with abandoned military structures of broken up concrete and rusty steel. Read up on its history on Wikipedia. Be careful not to fall! You can hurt yourself. The views of the Pacific coast line and inland regional park are amazing, if you make it there on a clear days. It could be doggy in which case you won't see much. See a few of my photos.
