Play Big Zone – The Ultimate Kids Indoor Fun Playground & Birthday Party Place – Bumper Cars + Arcade + VR Experiences — Attraction in Marlboro Township

I was so excited to have my sons birthday party here just By looking at all the pictures and reviews online but sadly I was misled .. first off , this place looks way bigger online and how it’s advertised on its website in reality it’s standard size like a local Chuck E. Cheese and the amazing race is amazingly SMALL. The arcade games are great I give them that even though it’s not alot of them they are very new looking machines and have classics like Mario kart Racing. The management And establishment is out of wack and not very professional..days leading up to my sons birthday party I was assured I could decorate my room 15 min before the party started not knowing and not being told that we don’t even get to go into the party room until the last 45 min of your party so they had all my decorations out right in the middle of the arcade .. my guest had no where to sit comfortably and no where to put their personal belongings in a safe place they expect you to sit in a tight lounge area with uncomfortable chairs and put your pocketbooks and coats on a coat rack that’s out in the open so for anyone to take BIG NO NO.. so not only do you not have a designated place for your party guest you also have to wait for 30 min into your party to even get the arcade cards! Like what kind of sense does that even make I’m getting upset again just writing this review Chile ! then I finally get into 1 of the 2 only party rooms they have and as I’m decorating I’m told I can’t put anything on the walls but I point out to the manager that the online pictures show different parties having birthday banners hanging up (whole reason I bought a banner in the first place) and I even pointed to the one ironically hanging up still from The party before mine and she STILL told me I couldn’t hang my banner up at this point I just laughed at this bulls* of a party Place .. I should of known it was Going to be something when I talked to the manger about what the price would Be if I wanted to bring outside food And she told me $100 on the phone when it says clear as day on their website $75. This place is terrible , small , over priced the staff is nothing but gossiping teenagers who all congregate the front area talking and using their phones .. I will not be returning and would not recommend to others .. I have thrown multiple parties for My Sons at all different places and never encountered such unprofessional as I have had here .. so disappointed, I usually give my host big tips too $100 or more but this host only got $20 from me solely Becuase my morals wouldn’t let me not leave anything even In my disappointment in this place.. please be truthful and fair to all your customers maybe try not booking so many parties on one day so you are able to accommodate better or atleast space out party times better so guest can feel...

This place is awesome! We had my 6 year olds party here and she had a blast. I would highly recommend to anyone! The staff was so great and always ready to help! It was so clean and fun!

The next part of the review I hope helps other families planning a party here. I wish I had just a little more info on what everything was before choosing activities.

1. Theme Deluxe decorating does not include very much decorations but the rooms are cool as they are anyway. Not necessarily worth the money if I were to choose again.

2. We chose Galaxy Wars over Human Foosball, and they split the party up to do this activity. I would have rather chosen Foosball simply to keep the group together. They did let the other kids play in the arcade while the groups took turns, but then we had to wrangle the kids back in for the next activity…wax hands.

3. The wax hands were a huge fail. I was going between Sugar Rush and wax hands for an add on take home activity. I didn’t necessarily want to send 6 year olds home with a sugar rush, so I decided on wax hands not really knowing how they do it. They do stick children’s hands into hot wax. The first ‘coat’ is supposed to protect them from feeling it, but if the child moves even the littlest bit the coat will crack and the child will feel the wax!! My daughter (birthday girl) tried twice and still didn’t get one! She came away with a hot hand though! Then another child went and was crying because of the hot wax, then no other kids wanted to try at that horrifying prospect. I felt terrible. They did absolutely offer to do spin art for the kids instead, and they also got the kids going with the arcade and all was well. But had I known about actual hot wax, I would have definitely chosen sugar rush! I was especially upset because that was supposed to be our favor.

4. Bump up the cards in my opinion. We needed about 10 more minutes of play time but everyone had run out of value on the cards. Better to bump up before the party, so worth the extra $3 per kid! They have a lot of cool games!

I just had my son's first birthday. My guests drove 40 mins to get here because I wanted to go somewhere different.  Here is my honest review:

PROS: ‐ Loved the different games, arcades, and activities. The adults in my party enjoyed the bummer cars and arcade. I paid for the glow-in-the-dark themed room. I was happy with that. I even purchased goodie bags to match the theme ‐ I paid for their catering services which was a pizzeria near by. Food came in hot and was edible loved the kiddie room especially because i had a few kids in my party that were under 2 years old loved that they opened at 10am on Saturday which was the time my party started. I wanted my guests to enjoy the entire facility before it got busy. ‐Loved that there was enough parking ‐ Loved the backdrop located towards the entrance for pictures

CONS: I asked for a specific party room but I didn't get it. That's ok I asked that the caterer bring some honey mustard sauce and hot sauce which i didn't get. The venue charged me twice as much than the pizzeria charge.  A full pan of ziti for $80?!?! Really!! I could make the ziti myself for $30 but they would have charged me $75 just to bring my own food so I went with their cateter. The staff was ok.  They were young and didn't really interact with the children.  They just kept asking me "Do you need anything?" In which i answered "no" because i took care of everything myself. ‐ There was a lot of things "not working" (photo booth, one of the games, redemption register, etc) and some of the furniture needs to be cleaned Facility was small if you have a packed house. Luckily, my party started at 10am so we were good but it started to get crowded around 1pm which is the time we left.

OVERALL: Nice location but wasn't too impressed with services.  I paid $1100 to do my son party and I definitely could have saved some money but its ok. My bill totaled $978 and I ended up paying additional $ to add credits to the kids cards so they can play more games. I'm usually a good tipper but there was...
