I visited the park to play the recently installed disc golf course. Originally opened with 9 holes, 4 holes have already been removed, leaving 5 open to play, and those remaining 5 are pretty fun. The first is a super tight wooded tee shot with no apparent line, and the other 4 are pretty open with sidewalks, parking lots, streets, and other park visitors being a real consideration for every shot. On the surface, the course doesn't seem to present a big challenge, but with all of these other considerations factored in, each shot requires some thought and placement. It's worth noting that there appears to be work currently in progress redesigning at least some of the holes that have been removed. I didn't get a chance to play a round beforehand, so it's hard to say how the redesign will affect the layout and flow of the course. While it's definitely not Seneca, I will absolutely be back, just probably not during high volume general park usage times.
