Let me say first this dog park is fantastic. Yesterday I took my dog to the park. I am handicapped so I parked in one of the two handicapped spaces in front. I was the only person present. My granddaughter joined me with her dog. A gentleman arrived with his two dogs. I promptly asked him to please use one of the other pens (there were three empty)because we are newcomers and didn’t know if our dogs would be friendly. He wouldn’t have it and proceeded to call the local police. We were leaving as the officer arrived and the officer and I agreed that he had much more important things to do with his time. Read moreNice little park my 5 yr old daughter loved it but....the bathrooms where disgusting!! I did not even want to walk on there floor. Even the ground outside the pool was awful, trash and toilet paper everywhere. Ugh. But besides that the overall park set up was ok. I did not like that my daughter could do nothing but swim and when she wanted to go down the big slide the staff told her she can not where her life jacket (she can not fully swim yet) then would not let my husband catch her when she came down! Read moreThe Dog Park is great! Four separate fenced in areas, two for large dogs and two for smaller dogs. Both entrances into fenced areas have dog waste stations and water fountains for dogs, children and adults. The park also provided hoses in each of the four areas.
