I've lived in the area for almost 4 yrs this August. This was my 1st time at this park. My 3 yr old had a ball. We meet a new playmate friend for her (mom friend for me😊). She enjoyed herself on the old fashioned metal slide. The entire area is shaded so that was a plus. Inside Patapsco Park right by the entrance. Keep driving straight for a little bit see the tires. It's $2 to get in (sometimes no one is in the ranger booth so it's free) I saw people ignoring the stop sign. Not my business so I kept it to myself. Park is very clean no trash all over the place. Read moreThis is such a cute park your kids will love. It is a part of Patapsco State Park so there is a per care fee without a pass. There is a full park made from wood, tires, and traditional play ground equipment. It has a seasonal nature shack which even has a hallow tree the children can climb through (the shack itself is seasonal). A sensory walk for children to experience the trail ( 0.10 mile) with all their senses. The beauty of nature surrounds this park and is where youth and family groups can camp in the summer. Read moreLove this place. Went today 11.18.23 and it was still staffed. $2 per car for in state. Tires still look great for climbing and we've been coming for 6 yrs. My 2yr old loved it and my 10yr olds still enjoy it. People can walk or bike the trails. 2 separate playgrounds and 1 tire swing and then kind of 2 tire areas where kids can race side by side. 2 Parking area. 1at area gets filled fast but the other side of you ride the circle around is great access too.
