Bike the loop, don't ride in a car - you'll be able to see much more and go at your own pace on a bike. The loop is closed to cars on Saturday mornings until 10am. I started at 8am and finished at 10:30am (stopped several times to rest/take pictures)

If you want a little extra quietness and privacy for pulling onto the pull off spots and doing nature photography just be sure to get there early! Get there for sunrise I promise it’s worth it. This is wrong and redicilious. I just drove up there for nothing! The Park service needs to do a better job publicizing this awful situation to the public.
