Sprout Farm Stand — Attraction in Mashpee

What a great farm. If you are lucky enough to go, check out the huge tomato plants in their dedicated greenhouse. Today I found some plants that I had been searching for that I needed for a special project. I found such a deal plus they had more than enough. I walked away with 180 plants. Prices are not as steep as some of the other garden shops, making my large purchase easier to pay for. I picked up two trays of Proven Winners coleus as well. The Proven Winners were a full dollar less than the other garden shop.

For me, going to Sprout Farm means not having to travel on route 28. It is summer now and the locals know 28 is a parking lot when summer traffic happens.

I can't express the importance of buying locally, enough! Sprout Farm is awesome for the whole family. Your kids will love the koi pond and the cats on the property and they will grow to appreciate how things are grown! The owners, mr. And mrs. Sprout are wonderful people and are happy to help you in any way, along with their knowledgeable, friendly staff!
