Maui Mango Mala Farm Tour — Attraction in Maui

Andre and Smita have created a truly wonderful farm and experience for anyone interested in learning about and exploring farming on Maui. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our time learning about regenerative farming and companion planting, and the fruit they grow is absolutely delightful and delicious. We thought it was just going to be mangos we would learn about, but they have a wonderful variety of plants they grow including bananas, cacao, lilikoi, star fruit, lemons and more! The mango lassi they serve during the tour is the best we’ve ever had! In addition, we also met a new friend on the tour - the most adorable and friendly kitten we’ve ever met! We were here in Maui on vacation with our children for my birthday celebration, and really just to have a good time. My kids planned the whole thing, so it was a big surprise to know my son had booked a tour of a Mango farm. We all had a such great time, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The views are awesome, the tour very interesting, and the refreshments including a lemongrass and cardamom tea were delicious. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and introduced to regenerative farming. As we toured the mango farm, Andre also picked Surinam cherries, a Mexican fruit that looks like a giant pea-pod but with soft, tasty flesh inside and Panama cherries for us to sample. What a pleasant surprise! The tour ended with us enjoying the delicious mango, papaya, passion fruit and star fruit selection prepared by Smita, in a very relaxing and peaceful setting.
