This turned out to be a pretty special place. If you’re visiting the light house first, just know the parking is very limited and tricky to turn around. But still worth it for the views. The beach is something special. You can enter further down the road a 1km or so. Park by all of the restaurants. On the beach, just walk west(right). You’ll likely be the only ones there. Don’t plan on swimming. Waves are usually pretty harsh and a lot of seaweed. But take off your shoes and walk along the water. You can pretend you’re on a secluded island. Beautiful.

The beach was beautiful, secluded, & unpopulated. When we arrived at the location, the lighthouse was closed. Making the road a dead-end. However, when facing the lighthouse entrance, on the left there’s a pathway with signs outside. This path will lead you to the beach! The path is takes about 2-3 minutes to walk down and is not difficult to do(note: we went on a relatively dry day)! The beach was beautiful and there is a cove that can be accessed through a large hole in one of the rocks!

Very pretty but yes there is a lot of sea weed and strong waves so as a visitor like me with a lack of experience of the area, it's just good to visit while seeing the lighthouse. The thing I enjoyed most was the natural window near the cliff with the lighthouse. If the tide is low I recommend going over there. It's definitely not something you see everyday. I been to many many beaches in PR and haven't seen much like it. Crawl through the little window and find a secluded beach.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Everyone in my family enjoyed the hike down to the beach. The observation tower on the way to the ocean offers some magnificent views from the top deck. The beach itself is nice, even though all covered with seaweed. And we couldn't enjoy a swim due to the bad storm. All in all, the place is totally worth visiting!

Beautiful area. We were the only ones there on a Saturday. Parked on the street. No facilities, however there was a food stand by the entrance to the lighthouse. They lock the gates at 4pm promptly. Did not look like a place to swim, but the views were gorgeous! Would recommend a visit, not a swim.

Secluded and pristine beach. Parking seemed limited at the bottom. I parked on the sidewalk where most cars seemed to be located. You’ll need to register with a QR code at the entrance. The gate was locked when I returned. Closes at 4pm during the week (Wednesday). Enjoy!
