We came here after read all reviews . Because it was look great place. Here I gave low reviews because:
2)She didn’t suggest us what the size of food. We are not very hungry except my son. Also she didn’t show us the price when we order , since she doesn’t speak English, she could tell us which one we order and price list where it is . But she didn’t. We don’t speak Spanish, they have English after their Spanish on the Manu. But she didn’t pointed out the price because we ordered by photos on Google reviews.
3)She even couldn’t understand when I requested a cup of water for my son after he drunk all his ginger tea. She gave him bottle water so she could charge it .
4)She couldn’t understand when we requested: not too much salt on our food. Then when we ordered fried Pork Belly , of course she didn’t understand that food terrible for my dad and I because those food are super salty! From 0-10 of salt , I could give 25 ! They put a lots salt on pork belly before fried it!
Well, we had already planned ahead and read some good reviews, as some were negative, but I wanted to use my own judgment. I went with my wife and 10 friends, or about 12 of us. We were seated fairly quickly, and we didn't even wait 15 minutes since it was Sunday and it's usually quite crowded that day. A young woman with light eyes served us, but I forgot her name. She then introduced us to Yamilis, who was supposed to be our waitress. She was very courteous, respectful, and very helpful. She gave us directions and recommendations, which were exactly as she'd suggested. They serve quite a lot, since I ordered the dish that had "chillo" fish stuffed with lobster and other seafood salads—"delicious." Before ordering, be sure that this dish is good for two or three people, since my wife ate it with me and there was a lot left over. I recommend the mojitos, especially the coconut and passion fruit ones, and they make them strong. As we said goodbye, everyone was very courteous and grateful to the owner, whom I imagined to be him. I hope other places have young people working in this field who provide good service, young people like these, examples of Puerto Rico's good attitude toward us and the tourists who visit. My entire group left feeling very happy and satisfied with the excellent service. I...
Read moreThe food was ok, a bit salty. The food took at least 45 minutes, and the place was practically empty, but it was understandable since there were only two servers. The waitress forgot about one of our fish dishes. The platter is half homemade food and half frozen items. Overall, it is an excellent place, but the service and food are not what we expected, as was shown on social media. I am from the South of Puerto Rico, and this was not what we usually expected from a restaurant close to the seashore. The cocktail drinks were the only good thing we were...
