Talon Falls Screampark — Attraction in Mayfield

This is the final time I will go back to talon falls escape room. The first time I went as a group we had a great female worker that was great the whole time she was with us every step. It only has gotten worse the second time we went, the worker "game master" seemed not to care much about her job. She wouldn't answer for game master unless you would say it multiple time even when we was the only ones playing at that time. She also did not pay much attention due to her asking have you made it to this step or if we said we did she would help us with something we have gotten done. The scales also need to be fixed. This third and final time I'm going has made my final decision. The lady answered us 2 times when we would call she would insist that the codes we found were for one box when she would tell us we are messing up and 5 minutes later return to say it was a different. The scale hidden compartment won't open unless you pull it open afterwords. The timer to was turned off. The best part was when we had 5 minutes left and put the final code in the door and we asked for help and all she said was don't touch the vials after the end we told her our code and she said it should have worked. But it probably didn't because we must have touched them at the beginning of the room. And the "SHE JUST ASSUMED THAT WE WERENT SUPPOSED TO TOUGH THE BUTTONS UNLESS WE HAD THE CODE". Are you kidding me you assume we know something that it's your job to tell us. Get off your phone do your job that's why you get paid. Drive an hour and half to see the park and pre purchased our tickets online. Paid $100 for two people to see all the attractions and when we got there it started pouring rain. Was able to ride the hayride before they shut that attraction down but felt like we were swimming in a muddy swamp! Although the place can not control the weather, what they can do is control how they handle their customer service. After waiting in line for one of the houses we could not take the rain anymore... it was making the experience less enjoyable the longer we stood there soaked so I had approached the window box and asked for a refund. As they proceed to tell me that we could come back any other day and redeem the tickets we were not locals and could not accommodate any other days due to work. Then they proceed to tell me they don’t give refunds, in which was a lie, states on their own website that tickets could be fully refundable due to weather. The man we had dealt with treated us like we were a burden and only gave us half our refund. Was extremely rude and was asked if the way he treated us was how they treat all their customers!!!! I was so excited to attend these attractions because I love this time of year but being treated like that is not ideal for business... Some people can tolerate standing in pouring down rain for long periods of time and others can’t... not how those people should be treated. I prolly won’t go back only because the customer service was not how I want to be treated. Why...

We had a blast. My Wife and I brought my daughter for her first time this year. The wait for the haunted hayride was worth it and once we got through there we basically walked on through the rest of the park. My daughter really had fun and we got to enjoy ourselves as well. Really glad we got to come out. The price is pretty fair considering how much they put into the show they put on. All the actors are great and play their characters. All of the costume design is great and well done. No cheap make up or non actors. Even the security officer they had was great. Making sure everyone was having fun and being safe. Honestly really glad my daughters first experience with “haunted houses” was at Talon Falls, even though I really think the have a whole lot more going on than any simple haunted house. I like haunted houses don’t get me wrong, but Talon Falls is more on par with a “Disney” experience. Obviously not in nature, but in design. You can see the vision they have for it. Congratulations to all the actors and the owner(s) for making a little girls Halloween. Thanks! We will be back...
