The house is architecturally interesting but as of fall 2020 it's undergoing renovations. Will be nice to see the place when it's all refreshed! There's also a small hiking area (small in terms of total area, but there are more little trails to explore then it might seem at first). There's nothing too spectacular on the trails. Overall a nice place for a walk if you're in the area or a quick stop if you're seeing other things, but probably not worth going out of your way for. A 140 year old architectural jumble of a Queen Anne house with third-story shutters damaged and akimbo, moldering carriage house, and well kempt lawn. The woods is a third-growth jumble, and in the summer the paths must be delightful tunnels through the boughs.
