My buddy has never played paintball nor has he ever wanted to but when our tree top adventure got canceled we took a chance and boy did it work out. First, the staff are all stars. The absolutely charming and lovely Shelby helped us get set up. She was honest, transparent and set expectations. She taught us what we needed to know and got us set up with some of the off duty employees and regulars. They were patient and helped us so much. My buddy and I chatted at the end before our Lyft arrived stunned at how polite and helpful everyone was. Louis, one of our off duty employees was so helpful. His friend and him let us try their custom guns and wow, amazing. They even taught us some tricks. We love this place and really appreciated the staff most of all.

Awesome time! Check in dude (sorry, don't catch his name) was cool šŸ˜Ž..Our guide, Jaxon was the best. So patient and kind with the group of kids. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you! Appt was at 11am.. we got there at 10:15 just to avoid any mishaps... Everything went smooth.. got on the field about 11:15 after training/going over rules. Got our full 2 hours. We only had 4 boys, but they paired up with another party of 11. I will say, 1 hour is enough time lol but our kids enjoyed 2 hours. Side note- I did not participate. I'm one of those camera moms lol but you have to wear a mask on the field and I started sweating with that and I was just taking pictures lol.. I sat in the car with the a/c he 2nd hour 🤣🤣

This place was a complete joke. First of all before I wrote this review I reached out 3 times to the owner so we could discuss these issues before I posted a review out of fairness. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard back. The next issue was that the day of the reservation, I reached out by phone to discuss a change and that I needed to add someone. And after being on the phone for about 5 min with the guy and him arguing with me that I had a reservation even and that I paid and that the name on the card was not mine, he hung up on me. So I thought it was an accident and I called back and within a min he said you might want to cancel today because we are very busy and he hung up on me again. Well, if you have a child you know that planning goes into a birthday party. You invite people that make the arrangements to be somewhere and it is not likely you can cancel your son's birthday party the last minute as this guy was expecting. So, we arrived right on time and we waited and it was about 10 min and 10 turned into 20. No one came up to us, no one spoke to us so I started looking around because at that point I did not see who was in charge. This was supposed to be a quick drop off but since I did not see anyone who worked there I was not about to leave 4 -14 year old children alone in this environment. I felt very insecure about doing so and set off to find someone to talk to. There was this guy that I saw and he looked like he knew what he was doing and I asked him how my crew could get some help so they could go back there to start the paintball session. Our reservation was at 4 and it was now 4:30. He said Oh, I do not work here I am just helping out today I am a customer. And he took some kids back to the park. I thought..."what?, so who is in charge here". Then as I was talking to other parents what I found was another group that had been waiting 2 hours and this mom was in tears and the dad was very upset and he was following around a small little guy on the phone who appeared to be ignoring the dad. The dad was trying to figure out what was going on too. Then as I started to notice, everyone there was a little upset and wondering what was going on. This was going to be a long wait I could tell. So I settled in and after that dad was done following around the 'manager' trying to get his attention (which the manager was quite rude and ignored him mostly), I went up to the guy and asked him what was going on. Told him when our reservation was and asked him when we would go back. At this point he told me 10 min. He started buzzing around and never ever got off the phone. He never spoke clearly to me or the other guy. He never apologized. He asked me for proof of payment no less than 3 times. it was clear he had no idea what was going on. But he was not doing anything to make things better. So now we are at 1 hour past reservation time and I am trying to just suffer thru so I do not have to disappoint my crew that took a lot of effort and organization to get there. At this point everyone around was a little upset because this guy, I think he was named Wesley, showed no concern. He was acting like he was busy but never really helped anyone. There was one other employee there. a kid maybe 16 years old and he left 30 min before. There was clearly no direction or anything. One of the kids parents from the other party (there were several big birthday parties there) was seeking out the owners information the whole time we were there. And finally found him on facebook and linked in. I reached out to him but I never heard back. I emailed the manager/owner but I never heard back. So the other party went back out 2 hours after they were supposed to and to make a long story short, the guy that went back there that did not work there at the beginning, took my crew out there TWO WHOLE HOURS after we were supposed to have our reservation. Even my 14 year old said they needed some good workers. And they did not understand the absence of professionalism there. I was very disappointed in our visit to...

This was a first-time visit to do laser tag on a Saturday afternoon. Purchased experience through Groupon, then used that code at checkout on Battlefront's website to reserve our spots. The reservation process went well and the information/directions/tips on confirmation email were helpful. At the site, there were several tables lined up that could be reserved. Each was clean and had its own large sun umbrella. I was happy with the space. The battlefields we saw were large and exciting. The one we used was forested with lots of different hiding spots made of trees, slotted boards, tarps, tires, etc. Another was mostly stacks of tires in an open field. It was very fun for our party of tweens. It wasn't a private party. The other family also scheduled were a lot of fun- adults, teens, and tweens working with kids from our party, calling out plans and warnings. It was the participants that made it fun! I took away a star as it feels like the staff could have been better trained. When I arrived, I had checked in and was directed to grab a table. Three minutes before start time, I asked if we were going to start and they didn't know I was there and ready. Also, the website says there are different games played, like capture the flag, but we repeated the same game three times - white headband against black headband, goal is elimination. I wonder if that was what they typically did for 1-hour play or if it was just what was easiest for the employee. We probably would have preferred a capture the flag or other type mission, but regardless, those tweens sure had a lot of fun and really got into it! I definitely recommend!!! (BTW, though it's not paintball, you still get paintball on your clothes, even just walking around the battlefield not touching anything. I was just taking pics and I got paint on me twice! Guess I stepped on the balls. Wear clothes you...

The management of this facility lacks organization, professionalism, and basic ā€œpeople skillsā€. I booked an online party about a month in advance. During the week leading up to party I attempted to communicate with the manager regarding arrangements and he didn’t return my calls. When he would answer the phone he would say he couldn’t help me at the time and request that I call back. On the day of the party, we arrived 20 minutes early, checked in and he was very diligent in receiving the balance;however, the two hour delay of my son and his guests starting their game was riddled with lie upon lie regarding why we hadn’t started. We consistently requested updates on the status of our start time to no avail. The manager would avoid speaking to us or say ā€œabout fifteen minutes ā€œ every thirty minutes. At one point my son and his guests stood in front of the inoperable laser guns for 30 minutes waiting to begin. The manager became belligerent and started shifting from threatening to put us off the property to promising us a refund. There is no excuse for such unprofessional and poorly executed interactions with...
