Super disappointed for such an expensive experience. Booked a birthday party, paid my deposit, provided my sign up sheet. Arrived at the time provided for us to be told to put our stuff on a cart, and told that the person was not our party host and they would explain everything. Never came, so as people showed up we had them start jumping. Our cart disappeared and we didn’t know where to put presents, weren’t sure where our cupcakes were, not sure who our host was. Our party gets called to do pizza and we are taken to the room and served the pizza, host says 10 minutes before my party is scheduled to end clean everything up as our courtesy to the next party. Disappears. Had to find the host to find my cupcakes to sing happy birthday. Couldn’t find our presents, they were shoved under a chair. Never found the host. We’re cleaning up our party when another employee asks if we are cleaning up and states that is weird we were told to clean up because this is apart of the package. Of course this is after we’re pretty much done, but again our host is nowhere to be found, until it came time to pay and she made sure to point out where to add her gratuity. I was very clear when I booked and arrived that I appreciated any help and having the downstairs room due to surgery, not their problem understood but to have some kind of direction of a $450 party would have helped instead of walking back and forth searching for our “host”. I asked for manager, I get Cameron who states she must have said to “pack up” not “clean up” and I must have heard her wrong because that has never happened “this is awkward, I don’t know what to tell you” which I said was a completely unfair answer because I was not the only one that heard what she said. He then leaves for five minutes to tell me they would give me $75 back for the “miscommunication”. You also are supposed to get coupons and a shirt for the birthday kid, which the host never gave us and I had to specifically ask for AFTER my $450 bill was paid. I checked a few times as it’s now been over a week and the $75 has not come back to my account but that full $450 was gone same day. Give your staff a MASSIVE compliment on their customer service!! Wow!! Their professionalism and friendliness was so incredible!! Every single one of them! I haven't seen that many professional AND friendly, YOUNG employees in a VERY VERY long time! One staff member had to literally chase down a barefoot child and try and get her to put socks on!! She brought the kid some socks, but the kid just keep running away from the staff member, being incredibly difficult! But the staff member stayed patient and so sweet and kind to the kid the entire time!! I know that's their job, but the staff member was just as sweet to her as if she listened and cooperated from the get-go. When in reality it took her 10 minutes to track her down and get her to cooperate and was clearly sweating by the time that kid had junk socks on. I wanted to go up and compliment her but she was very busy keeping an eye on kids' proper footwear and their safety. The employees at the food counter were being yelled at by a customer who spoke broken English with a thick accent. No one could understand what this guy was shouting at them. Every single employee stayed professional and nice to him the whole time. They were trying to make him happy and trying so hard to understand and help.

Best features: A++ customer service, looked and felt very safe, VERY clean. Lots of seating around the play area and walkways for the parents. Large designated food area. Our 9- and 13-yr old had a great time! (2 hr jump) Our oldest loved the dodgeball area!! He was in there 99% of the time. They both enjoyed dodgeball. Our 9 yr old also enjoyed the zip line, obstacle courses, and open jump areas.

Cons: Just wish the overall play/jump area was bigger for the price and amount of kids trying to jump, and needs more parking space. Parking was extremely limited, and we had a reservation. People were parking along the street and walking. Our kids were bummed that there wasn't a designated area for basketball. They couldn't play because the hoop is right in the middle where everyone is freely...

Overall it was great for the kids. My daughter wanted to go there as something to do for her birthday. I bought 11 of the 3 hour Friday mania tickets at $20 each, 6 of the 14 in larger pizzas, 12 sodas and 6 waters. I had called ahead of time to ask if we can bring a cake. I had read other reviews that said they had done that. They asked if we were in the birthday room and I said no we are not. It was clear that we were not in the birthday room. My daughter doesn’t want or like the birthday singing (she is easily embarrassed) or the decorations. Plus 3 hours of jumping was better than the bday package and we wanted more pizza than what came with the package. I was told by a young lady on the phone yes you can but no decorations at all. Ok no problem. We get there and get our wristbands. The ladies at the wrist band area were really great. They were friendly and helpful We find a table and pull two together. We have 11 kids with us and a few of the parents ( our friends) hanging out there. . After that I went to get the pizza ordered. They guys at the food place were awesome. They all looked pretty young but it was great service and the pizza came out good. One pizza was a little over done but hey buddy, same sometimes. About a half hour into it a lady comes up and says we can’t have the cake. I let her know I called and specifically made sure I could bring it. Also, it’s 114 out what do you suggest I do with it? I called before I ordered the cake a few days before. She asked who I spoke to. What? Why would I write a random name down. We were also told not to pull a table together because they needed them for paying customers. Um we bought 11 tickets, 6 pizzas, 12 sodas and 6 waters. I would say we are paying customers. So we had a bunch of kids sit at the different tables around us. Everything else was fine. Why harass parents blowing a chunk of money on their kids at your establishment for kids.
