Clearly an issue with leadership at this location. I’m seeing numerous reviews citing extended wait times, poor service, incorrect orders, and poor quality food.
This is my second trip here (I always give a place a second chance) and I will not be back. You’re better off driving the extra 5 min up Ellsworth to Queen Creek marketplace and hitting Chick Fil A, McDonald’s, or In and Out.
I am now approaching 25 minutes of waiting for 4, 8 piece chicken nuggets and a drink. My iced tea tastes like straight chemicals. My first experience here had me waiting 15 plus minutes for the same order, only to turn onto Ellsworth and realize they had given me Jalapeño poppers.
Clearly there is no desire from ownership to improve their quality or performance at this location so I would encourage others to patronize a different establishment that believes in providing an adequate service.

The young man working the drive-thru acknowledged and said he'd fix it. Three to five minutes later, the same worker did not take off the extra items, but instead, added more items, making the total even greater. I told him once again, what I had ordered, and again, he said he'd fix it. A few minutes go by and another worker asks if I've been given the drinks yet. I told him, "no." Once he gave me the drinks, I waited another 3-5 minutes until I finally got the food. I decided then that I'd check the bags to make sure everything was accurate and the food warm. Burger King charged my account, but when we drove to the restaurant (through heave construction, I might add), the order didn’t come in until the exact time that I was supposed to pick up the food, which meant that I would have to wait about another 5 minutes until the food would be prepared, not an ideal situation for placing your order online where it is supposed to be ready for pick-up. We were informed by the manager that there was no chicken at the store, so I asked for a refund. She informed me that I had to call the corporate office, a colossal inconvenience for me.
