All the bad reviews that El Dorado Furniture has are very true. As a company El Dorado is a fraud and the furniture that they sell are low quality at very expensive prices. We don’t understand how this happens over and over to customers and there should be an entity that sanctions this unethical practice from this company. We have been trying to resolve this problem for almost 9 months. Starting October 2022 We purchase a set of living room two sofas that initially the delivery was 4 weeks after purchased, but unfortunately, they had to be returned immediately on delivery because of the quality of those two sofas were terrible and also the sofas fabrics were stained with glue that could be seen form the top of the sofas and the back side. Approximately after four weeks they sent other set of the sofas and the delivery came late after 7:30 PM and we asked the guys why the delivery was so late and that these sofas looks used and have manufacturing defect, but the delivery guys told us they were sorry about the time and they left those sofas in our house. We paid more the $2,600 for two sofas including extending warranty and after many emails trying to resolve the issues with one unprofessional employee A. R. warranty claim specialist who all the time with El Dorado F has been disrespecting us as customers giving us inaccurate and conflicting information, El Dorado F sent a technician to evaluate the sofas. The technician who came mentioned that these two sofas had manufacturing defects, and these couldn’t be repair, specially if these were new pieces, but El Dorado F after a week sent an email telling us that the technician said these sofas are perfect and for this reason no action will be taken, and they went as far as to edit pictures of the sofas to cover manufacturing defects. After we complain and told them we have cameras when the technician came to our house, they agreed to send another technician who told us the same that these pieces came with manufacturing defects and again they pulled the same excuse “no manufacturer defect” yet acknowledging a minor defect in only one of the sofas. Then they reported the manufacturer is no longer producing these sofas. But they were able to find a sofa somewhere that they were granting us an exchange to replace only one of the sofas even when both of our sofas have defects. Additional one manager in the principal office, C.B. was very unprofessional al and disrespectful person we sent her an email explaining everything about this situation trying to resolve this issue, but her answer was a blank email. We were informed that if we didn’t accept it, they can do nothing else, we didn’t have any other choice but to accept the delivery. We did ask to please make sure this sofa is NEW and in top condition because we were not accepting more defective or used furniture. We received the supposedly new sofa on September 1 and immediately upon opening the box the el Dorado Furniture delivery company realized that the sofa was not in any condition to be delivered, it was stained and had a manufacturer defect in the back. The driver was respectful and correct and apologized for the inconvenience and let us know that he understands how we can be upset about this whole ordeal. We communicated again with El Dorado demanding a reselection or our money back. We contacted the superiors in the main office just to realize this is a systemic cancer in the company as they don’t back the quality of their products, and again we could not resolve anything.Continue in...

I had the best experience receiving services at El Dorado, which has the best furniture and the salespeople offer the best services. I had an incredible encounter with the Raul Gomez a salesperson who offered the sales and followed the delivery. My request got acted upon urgently. El Dorado has the best furniture selections, better than any other I have encountered before. Raul showed me the best treatment I have received for a long time from a sales associate in any other firm, and the result was beautiful. When I placed the request, he received it, after which he requested to show me the offers El Dorado could provide. He attentively listened and communicated politely with a lot of respect. His professionalism created room to select the best quality, and I was confident about my purchase. Raul shared his knowledge on the best set to suit my needs, room space, and purpose the table set would serve. Upon selecting the best sofa and table, he kindly directed me to make my payment and passed my home delivery request. His help made me confident about my purchase, and I appreciate the service offered. He assured me he would ensure the set got safely delivered after I gave my address to the team he assembled. When the set got delivered, the delivery team handled it with care and ensured it was well set in the house and informed me about Raul's reporting. He followed up on the delivery and was thankful for my choice of shopping with them. The dedication shown by Raul and the time to ensure I had the best service was fantastic. I look forward to shopping again with El Dorado and informing my friends about it. Next time I shop there, I would like to receive the same treatment offered by Raul, for his kindness and help was beyond anything I have received before at any store.    Read moreI never write reviews specially to bad talk a company as I am a business owner myself but my situation with El Dorado is abnormal. I bought all my office furniture including my office chair from El Dorado because I felt and was told that quality and service was worth every penny spent. Well that was not the case. The chair for my desk broke and almost broke my arm within less than 1 year of owning it but at least I bought the ADDITIONAL insurance so I should be covered right! NOT. The "tech" a third party came out to see the chair and apparently told El Dorado what parts to order, which they did after a week or so but here is the catch. The piece needed was coming from overseas so I would need to wait 3-4 months for the piece to come in so I could actually use my $900.00 chair. You would think at that price point someone would've just said lets swap out the chair as this is for a business and it makes no sense specially since it broke before the year. Apparently that didn't catch anyone's attention. So here we are 4 months later and guess what? The "tech" ordered the wrong piece and now customer service is throwing the blame at the third party and of course I DONT HAVE A CHAIR. I wish this would've been handled properly as that's why I purchased furniture from El Dorado. To anyone reading this, quality and customer service at El Dorado is the same as any other furniture store nothing special or tailored to the customer and if you are buying from them do not buy the additional warranty, its useless.
