I have lived in Miami for over 50 years and used this port many times. However this was the first visit since 2016 before the port & tunnel was redesigned. I had to p/u my son & GF after a week cruise on RCCL. Entering through the tunnel was a breeze & efficient. That all changed when entering terminal A&B. Total chaos & poor management of traffic. Heavy Gridlock, poor signage, clueless attendants, cops and other officials. That’s what happens when 5000 people get off a mega ship. Then exiting was a nightmare. The out tunnel was closed & cars were turning around in confusion. We followed the signs & it took us back into downtown Miami instead of to I-95 or the 836 Xway.
