Disappointed so far this year. The pad was extremely underinflated, causing it to sink in areas. The lifeguards seem uninterested in doing their job, preferring to hang out together. I even overheard two of the girls yelling, asking one of the boys if he had a girlfriend. It feels like hangout time for them instead of work. Updated to add more: My wife went to the counter to let the staff know the inflatable needed to be blown up. They replied that they didn't have the blower and would have to wait until the next day. However, after I wrote this review, they miraculously found a blower. My kids mentioned that the staff didn’t actually try to inflate it; instead, they were just messing around. One lifeguard was even jumping on it instead of helping. The staff needs improvement. I noticed the female staff members were sunbathing instead of watching the area. When my daughter fell and hurt her back, a lifeguard ignored her cries for help and ran past her. Thankfully, some other customers assisted her. Safety should be the top priority.

Nooga Splash has been such an awesome escape through CoVid Season! All through the past year, we have enjoyed this little gem of family fun to provide a much needed break! With the loss of sports and activities early on; having such a great outlet to get out and play has been so important for us! The family and staff responsible for running Nooga Splash are kind and attentive! We love this attraction and hope it is around for summers to come!

We bought the 4 hour pass and used it the whole time! The 4 hour pass is well worth the few bucks extra as an hour will pass before you know it. Great experience and an excellent addition to the fun at Chester Frost Park.

I’m giving a one star review because of an employee named “Jude” At least that’s what the gentleman said his name was. My kids have been wanting to go to this for a very long time and after we left this place, my son, never wanted to go back because of the way he was treated by Jude. My son had jumped off one of the inflatables after Jude had jumped. Jude jumped and was swimming to the right to climb back up the inflatable. Then my son jumped and landed near the left of Jude, which I guess had scared Jude and he started cussing my nine-year-old son out like he was a grown man for a whole 2 minutes in his face before I got to him. Needless to say, I jumped in the water after him And told him that he would not speak to my son that way. Immediately after myself, and my boyfriend confronted him for his actions, he apologized over and over, but did not change the fact that he made my nine-year-old son cry and now my son never wants to go back. It was a very traumatizing experience for him, and I can’t believe that you let these young boys work with kids that are so disrespectful. I had tried to talk to a manager before leaving, but I was told there was not one available. So now I am leaving a review in hopes that a...

My family was at your park yesterday for our son's birthday. We bought eight 4 hour passes and while it is a very cool set up, the entire thing is covered in mildew and mold making it a huge health concern. Every step to get onto the inflatables is barely visible because of the amount of mold and mildew growing on them (also making it very slippery and hard for little kids to actually use properly). There is mold and mildew on the surface of the inflatables too, so when you slip or fall like you inevitably do, or you face plant, you get a face full of bacteria. It is a major health hazard and you are going to, if you haven't already, make people very sick by not cleaning these inflatables.

The climbing wall inflatable also was deflated and not able to be used and part of the inflatable fell over in the front blocking it from being a full course and being able to be used properly.

Our son was also pushed off multiple times by other kids and the lifeguards did nothing, said nothing.

Again it's a very cool concept but not done properly. Would...

There was a portion of the inflatables that were deflated where you had to use a rope to climb up which caused my son and I to fall onto each other in the water. The lifeguards seem to be more interested in being social with eachother and not paying attention. There was multiple lifeguards and I think only one female was paying attention for her small section. My husband and I joined our kids but I felt like I could not relax because I had to be a hawk on my son the whole time because the lifeguards were not paying attention at all. They had everyone swim all the way back to check the color of your wrist band to see if your time was up which is a waste of time. You would think they would have a walkie talkie system with the person on shore to determine who’s time was up. There was also black mold all over the inflatables. We spent $163 for our family or five for my son’s birthday. The lifeguards need to be older and more mature and take their job seriously instead of it being a high-school social fest. This place has the potential...
