Waking up in my new bed this morning I just had to come and leave a review, me and my husband spent months in and out of every furniture store in midland from bob mills to furniture row, all had pretty nice selections but not the quality or price points we were looking for. One day we stopped in here on a let’s just look, we met Brandon Mitchel, and I just can’t say enough about his care and customer service. We sat on a couple of couches he had in the store, we had been turned down so many times that we decided to be honest and just tell him our actual price point and what I exactly was needing for our new home. Brandon walked us around the store and threw his online store and worked within our budget for everything on our list. The king bed we got is so perfect I cried the first night we slept in it. On top of that the sectional we received was just to small for our living area I called Brandon right away and let him know my concerns he brought in the sectional we originally were looking into and got them switched out. Over all I will never buy furniture from another store in midland. And I highly recommend You come and see for yourself the care and quality this place has! Family owned and ran in midland tx with smiling faces genuine relationships, no car salesman looking to take advantage of you atmosphere nor people. Is worth your time and option in your furniture hunting. I’ll never buy from another company. Me and my family are so grateful we stopped in. I wish I could rate Mattress City a higher rating than five stars. They are truly customer-oriented and want the best for you. We purchased a mattress (as well as a massage chair) and Mark spent the whole time making sure we were getting the product that was the best for us. He and his team are very honest and will work with you on any product. Another team member rang up our product and I noticed that it was $99 more than what Mark told us. Without me even saying anything Mark came up and saw it and asked the sales associate to correct it to the price he told us.

I purchased an adjustable bed from another company and our movers broke a cable. I was given 6 different numbers to call to get a tech out to fix it for me. When I spoke with Mark, he was shocked and said immediately he would help, even though we didn't purchase our base from him.
