Fanny was our server and she was super attentive and kind. The place is clean, which I like, and everyone is friendly. As for the food, we ordered a few plates since it was our first time. The tostada we ordered was hearty for the price and if you like seafood you canāt really go wrong. Iād say it lacked a little flavor but over all it was fine. Same for the oysters topped with shrimp ceviche. The tostada itself was stale and it had a strange flavor. The caldo 7 mares was bomb! Zero complaints there. My little one got the chicken strip meal and it was nice they didnāt cheap out like most places with the strips. The ribeye chicharrón was super delicious and the guacamole complimented it perfectly. Salsas were good, drinks were good. My main complaint and the reason for the three stars is the restaurant itself was HOT. Itās the summer, either turn it way down or get it serviced ASAP and apologize for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the seafood was room temperature. Thereās zero reason for it to not be cold. Itās seafood. (Obviously not the soup.) It definitely took away from it tasting fresh and it was a little bit of a turn off for me that I had to stop eating it. My husband ate the oysters and the tostada and he agrees it was room temp but that man eats anything and everything. Iād suggest they revisit the seasoning on their ceviche and tostadas, turn down the a/c, and keep things in the fridge. Oh and last thing.. you could tell the veggies werenāt fresh anymore. The tomato was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was told about this place by my coworker. I decided to come tonight and I'm so glad I did. I've never had agua Chile de ribeye but that's what was recommended so I went for it and I'm sure glad I did, that plate was very delicious and probably the best dish I've had in either Midland or Odessa. I really liked the way this place is set up, it has a regular restaurant to the left and the bar area to the right. They also have a patio which has two big screens to watch sporting events. They have Pay-Per-view sporting events boxing or UFC fights. The waitress told me. The bar area has plenty of TVs and the restaurant I was told does as well. Before I left, I heard live music playing in the restaurant, I don't know which days they have live bands since I went on a Thursday. I bet this place is really good to hit up on a Friday or Saturday night. Give this place a try and I bet you're going to like it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was really bad, the service was embarrassing. We needed a couple of things for our table. Our waitress was to busy talking with other people on the staff, pretending to sit and wipe a table off while talking to another employee. Didn't come check on us and we had to ask someone else for help. We even tried to wave her down but she didn't even notice. On top of that she could hardly speak English. The chips and salsa was like they serve in mexico so want good at all. Too much like real mexican food not enough tex mex. I don't think they will do well her. The beef Fajitas were so bad i didn't finish them and just left the rest. To me a waitress should ask if you want a to go box. But she didn't give af at all about her job. I would never go back to this place was way to exsensive for really bad food. Don't waste your time trying this place. They should...
