Mitchell's Furniture and Mattress City — Attraction in Midland

Let me say that we have bought furniture from Mark and all for years and have always been happy. Our last purchase was a 7k+ adjustable bed. We waited a month for the bed. When it was delivered one person spoke no English and the other one had no ideas what he was doing. The brackets were incorrect for the head board and they said they would order them. That was back in July. Two calls. Still no brackets. I won’t go back. Sorry Mark. You lost us. Update: Mr. Mitchell called with a personal apology and took responsibility for the whole thing. Brandon was ideal. This associate was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and not pushy; he gave the type of customer service I prefer. Although it took me 2 trips to figure out what I needed (I wanted to shop around & I am very indecisive), Brandon was very warm and helpful when I did go back. Went in looking for a mattress for my son's bed, not only was the staff very helpful but knowable as well. Once we purchased the mattress we needed to upgrade the little guy to a big boy bed, we found Mr. Dinosaur had found a toy Dinosaur to play with. After explaining we had to leave it for the other kids the manager came over and told him he could take that Dinosaur home.
