I had a very terrible experience with this place. I took my car here to get a keyless entry, alarm system, and electronic locks put in. I was told my car would be ready that same day. Later in the day I received a phone call saying it would not be ready to pick up until the next morning, because they didn't realize it had manual locks. So the next morning came, I was waiting around for a phone call to let me know my car was done and ready to be picked up. I never got one and decided to call them. I was told it was ready to be picked up. However, once I got there to pick up my car, I was informed of a few problems. Apparently they had been up all night just trying to put in the electronic locks for ONE door, and was told that after doing some research, they found out they could have ordered the part to be put in the the door to make it electronic lock. THEN they tell me that when they went to replace the console in my car, they broke it! They offered to replace the console for free if I payed for the (crap) job they did on ONE door, or comp it out. Of course I decided to comp it out because I didn't want a single one of them touching my car again and screwing it up even more, especially some idiots who can't even do research before they start screwing around with stuff! And that's not all!! A few months later, my car battery died on me, which was strange for my car only being a year and a half old. I replaced the battery with a die hard battery, only for it to die on me another few months later! I finally figured out that it was the alarm system they had put in my car. The idiots had it connected directly to my battery, draining the juice 24/7!! I took my car to them right away to have them disconnect it! The next part is harder to explain, but because of all the wiring and whatever crap they did to the one door, which was the driver side door, the lock was a little more diffucult to lock and unlock. So if I unlock my car from the outside by turning the key, it only unlocks a little, just enough to open and close my door once, then the lock closes just enough to lock me out of my car the next time I get out without my keys and don't unlock it completely! I have locked my keys in my car several times because of this! (Note: the lock still used the original manual locking device, just attached to a bunch of wiring and crap) So, I can tell you I will NEVER go there again or refer them to...

Great service and price! I had been researching upgrading my car audio to an aftermarket product for about a year. I had recently been on the fence about trading my car in but decided to upgrade a few items and keep the car. One of the items I wanted to upgrade was my car stereo. Toyota's proprietary product, Entune, is clunky at best and is really is behind the times without Apple Car Play and other smart phone integration. At one point I had even thought about buying the pieces and doing it myself, but talked myself out of that bad idea. From my research I had a pretty good idea of what I needed and the cost of those items. When I went the store, Adam and James answered every question and concern I could throw at them. They quoted a very fair price for the equipment (Kenwood Double DIN receiver, 2 X (6X9) door speakers, and the Maestro kits required to retain use of my steering wheel controls and integrate the receiver with my Toyota Highlander). It has been a little more than a month now since my install and I could not be happier with what I got. The speakers sound great. Adam is a great guy and took time to explain the details and spec of the radios I was inquiring about so I could understand the quality of what I was buying vs something based on just looks. Us ladies tend to go for what looks good for the cheap buck but in the long run if we understood the quality of what we were purchasing in the long run you end up saving the hassle. Adam helped me understand the radio and speakers I was inquiring about, which I was grateful he wasn't annoyed by all my questions. I absolutely love my new radio..only downfall is Jaime didn't have the time correct to Texas time on the radio and didn't have time in my super busy schedule to take it back. I had to clean up the mess from the speakers and wire clippings, which I keep my vehicles super clean. Overall these guys are great people. They have done our boat and all our vehicles.
