The Manor at The Juniata Valley Winery (Lily Manor) — Attraction in Milford Township

This venue exceeded all expectations for our wedding. We did the weekend package and were able to stay there from Friday-Sunday which was so nice and created a more relaxing weekend. We booked this venue almost two years in advanced and had a few visits in-between booking and the wedding. Each visit was better than the last and the grounds were always kept so perfectly. We had our final walkthrough a month before the wedding and the amount of florals and landscape that bloomed in that short amount of time was truly amazing. The landscape and scenery is so pristine, all of our guests were very impressed.

We loved the fact that we got to stay at the venue and could have 20 other guests stay there as well; our bridal party was so appreciative and it allowed us to have even more time with them during an otherwise buy weekend. The entire staff was so helpful and sweet during our stay and everyone really enjoyed the boutique feel of the rooms.

Molly is the wedding coordinator at this venue and was just absolutely incredible. Due to us booking so far in advanced, Molly and I had a lot more communication than normal. She was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and never hesitated to give me her opinion for recommendations for both his venue and other vendors. There were a few things we were back and forth on and maybe took longer to decide on then the average couple, but she was so kind and receptive to all of my thoughts and ideas, it really created a smooth wedding planning experience. Whenever I talked with Molly, it felt like I was just chatting with a friend which also created a lot less stress to a traditionally stressful process.

During the wedding weekend Molly continued to go above and beyond and was there to guide us for the whole event. She greeted us with champagne after the ceremony which was so fun and even served us our dinner and first drinks during the reception. I really cannot say enough good things about Molly. My husband and I got married at The Manor at Juniata Valley Winery on 5/21/22, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience! We went with the weekend package, that allowed us to have our rehearsal and dinner on Friday before the wedding. We loved the beautiful manor as a space to host our wedding party so we could all stay together for the weekend!

The Manor is truly magical and our wedding day looked straight out of a fairytale! We opted for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio, and an indoor reception, and all of the spaces were perfect and beautiful! We ended up booking our venue in the winter of 2020, so over a year in advance (which we highly recommend doing so you can be sure to snag a spot!), when The Manor was called Lily Manor and before the current leadership team took over. At first, the news was a little scary and we thought it would cause some stress, but we had the exact opposite experience! When JVW took over, we started to work with Molly, and she was the absolute best! Molly is organized, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a great person. If you have the chance to book your wedding with The Manor and work with Molly, you will not regret it!!

In addition to Molly, our day of coordinator, Maggie, helped to make our wedding day run smoothly and worked closely with our planner to create a stress free day for me and my husband. We also had Susan as our host at the manor, and she was also great to work with! She and her team made a tasty breakfast each morning!

I chose Lily Manor because of the beautiful reception and ceremony space and the ability to rent the venue for the entire weekend. Myself, my family, and my wedding party checked in on Friday, had the wedding ceremony and reception (including pictures) on site on Saturday, and checked out on Sunday. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. It was so convenient and it allowed me to enjoy extra quality time with my family and closest friends. Plus, Danielle and her husband (owners of Lily Manor) were beyond amazing. They were accommodating to myself and the needs of my family and guests and they went out of their way to make sure that the entire weekend ran smoothly. They offer rentals and have a commercial size kitchen for use. Danielle communicated often and responded to my emails and calls very quickly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and each of the rooms had so much charm and character. I honestly can’t say enough about the venue and the owners.
