Visited this Gravity Car Barn while hiking to Mt. Tam peak. It only opens to public for a few weekends of the month and I believe it’s based on the availability of volunteers. It’s great talk to on duty docent about the history and some other bits and back stories of Mt Tam and surroundings of Mill Valley in general. I am glad that Mt. Tam has managed to restore and keep the gravity car and built this barn to display the past, artifacts and many photographs on display.
