This place was a great out door experience! We parked at the golf course and walked through it to get to the trails. It worked out well though, the trail is easy and very traveled. There is also a really cool lead out into a bog that has by far some of the best views of the pond. The loop is a nice walk as a whole!

Nice place to park, close to the lake. If you're arriving in a car, watch you don't drop a wheel in this huge hole right at the entrance of the parking area. May be more appropriate for four wheel drive. 😬 Have a great time, it's a beautiful area!

Nice long walk around the whole pond following the green dot trail. Some areas may seem confusing (you cut through the AMC camp) but there is a lot of good signage. Definitely check out the boardwalk across the bog, so cool.

Love this place. Beautiful all year round. Lots of side paths to enjoy. There are beautiful lilies on the pond in the mornings.
