One instructor usually leads the routine but if there are new members, one of the other instructors will assist to help new members with the exercises and that way no one falls behind. The instructors are bilingual (Spanish/English). Be prepared for an intense workout but if you’re a beginner, rest assured all routines are done at your own pace. I was hesitant to go because I was as afraid I was not going to be able to keep up with the workouts but little that I know I was completely wrong as I started to go every other day my strength and endurance started to build up I felt so much better and my energy level went up. I’m very grateful I was given that gift by my coworker. I have been going x5 a week and feel in the best shape of my life. Instructors are knowledgeable and patient on teaching the workouts routine.
