KFC — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I usually order KFC online from the location on Mitchell because it has slightly better rating than the other KFCs around here. Usually it is decent but this time they messed up my order big time... I ordered 12 piece dark meat bucket because they don't have the dark meat in the 16 piece bucket and I order additional 8 piece dark meat bucket without sides which is enough for the family. Also ordered two 5 piece tenders meals. My phone number on the order and they didn't bother to call me and let me know they are out of tenders... They waited for me to get there and told they will give an 8 piece bucket with side instead of the tender meals... I thought it was fine but when I got home I found out they gave me the 12 piece bucket mixed meat and had 4 pieces of wings out of the 12.... Very disappointed. I don't believe I will be ordering from that location again especially that I drive from franklin 25 minutes to this location and there is one a little...

The experience was not right everyone that came In after me Got food for Me and I was first no one was there at time they said ten minutes on hot wings I was okay but the girl said she was new they looked at me funny couldn't get order wrong up right now and didn't give my drinks had to tell her I just felt uncomfortable that's why I do pick certain places to go ppl treat you differently cuz skin they don't have to say showing Do Alot No gravy on bowls always insist you want 5 dollars fill-up lot people don't want that food was fresh but I think people need to job and not be So comfortable with not wanted to learn more. The location is easy to find and is never very crowded. I have gone in store and the establishment is clean and workers are friendly. I have also used the app for carryout and my order is always correct and ready on time. The chicken is golden brown and crispy. The fries have a great seasoning on them. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are mid...as to be expected, but the sandwiches are phenomenal! Regular or spicy, and they have a variety of dipping sauces including a very tasty KFac sauce.
