Great place to camp. Carol, head quarter office, was a doll when we needed help. The bathrooms could use better cleaning (spiderwebs in the window seal and under benches) and people pick up after yourself, don't leave your trash on the beach or your campsite.

Close to Scottsbluff, good fishing and boating. Camper pads with hook up. Irrigation lake so water levels fluctuate throughout the spring, summer and fall. It's a waterfowl game reserve and is closed during the winter. Need park sticker for entrance.

There's trash all over the lake,you can't walk barfoot in the sand because it's littered with broken beer bottles.I don't know if it's because the garbage cans are far away or the people that go there are pigs but I wouldn't recommend going there unless they do something about the litter problem.
