River View Vineyard & Winery — Attraction in Minnesota

I visited on December 7th, 2019 and was not initially impressed with the space. Views are beautiful but coming in the winter is a little difficult because they do not have an indoor space ready. We ended up going into the garage to do our tasting, which was free. The owner was so nice and we had a lovely conversation. The wines were amazing! I left with two bottles and the recipe for the delicious mulled wine he provided. Really beautiful tasting area and grounds--we tried the two white wines that they had to offer and both were very good, one was dry and the other was a bit sweeter. Brad was really friendly and informative about the wines that they make, and made the experience feel very personal!

Drove all the way there at 2:00 pm only to find out they were closed until 3:00 pm (listing said open 12-6).
