If I had the option to give this business no stars that’s exactly what I would do. For me it’s about customer service and professionalism. When the owner answered her business line on the day her store was closed she gave me an attitude because her personal line is connected to her business and I was a new customer calling to get a quote on a day her store was closed which I was unaware of. After already having purchased from this business prior to make t-shirts for my business, she told me a specific quote speaking of a service fee to print each one while making a smart remark about how she wouldn’t be in business if she didn’t add a service fee while being in competition to Amazon because that’s where people like to purchase the blank shirts. This wouldn’t have been in consideration for us as a business had we not had to wait over 5 days for the initial Gildan shirts we ordered with them within our first order. So we brought our own. Not only was she charging for the small corner label on the front of the shirt but the back label also PLUS a 4$ service fee for each shirt. Add all of that times 29 shirts and she wanted nearly 700$ for this order. The money wasn’t the problem, it was her demeanor and how she spoke to me on numerous occasions. Constantly making smart remarks while checking the amount saying “well the prices certainly haven’t went up” trying to insinuate I should have known better and that either way my business with her wouldn’t matter. Certainly unprofessional and definitely made enough of an impact for me to say “you know what I’ll take my shirts and my money elsewhere”. I came here a few years ago and had came back a few times unfortunately 😕 it was disappointing how rude and stressful it was during today's visit . As a person with a background in customer service I know that your customer is your number one priority . Today it seemed like none of the 3 ladies who were there wanted to deal with us . Then the attitude and rude way with one another was very uncomfortable and lastly I would appreciate it if they follow guidelines and wore a mask for everyone's safety or at least try to maintain appropriate space for distancing . My advice is that if you have a pick up they are happy to take care of you other then that you might have to wait in line until they decide to get back to you . I find it very important for a person to like what they do for a living because its reflected in the service or the product they provide . Read moreI went in today after doing a thorough review within my area and I got more than 10 star service. The manager Alyssa was professional, knowledge, greeted me with a smile like she enjoyed what she does. The entire team was hard at work, attention to detail was perfect, as I saw another girl who was helping someone else stop process and admit a messup, then fixed it right there on the spot. Every customer in there was greeted professionally and with enthusiasm, and left happy! This reaffirmed I had come to the right place. Then Alyssa proceeded to wow me and my expectations, as I didn't know it was a live on the spot service being provided. She worked with me to get my order to perfection and then did amazing work! I'm giving Shirt Cannery and Alyssa a 5 star rating on here but honestly its 10 stars they deserve!
